The website www.bestlifebags.com offers information about BESTLIFE brand products and allows their online purchase in the authorized countries of the European Union.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, designs, software, source code, etc.) is the exclusive property of BESTLIFE EUROPE SL or third parties who have authorized its use.
Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the company.
Website Terms of Use
The user agrees to use the website diligently, correctly, and lawfully, refraining from using it for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good faith and public order. BESTLIFE EUROPE SL is not responsible for any misuse of the site or for damages resulting from the improper use of its content.
Purchase conditions (applicable when the store is active)
Purchase process:
The user can select the desired products and add them to the cart. Once the order is complete, they must provide their shipping information and proceed to payment.
Prices and taxes: all prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT depending on the destination country within the European Union, in accordance with intra-community e-commerce regulations.
Payments: Payment methods indicated during the purchase process are accepted.
Confirmation: After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations: BESTLIFE EUROPE SLU reserves the right to cancel orders with pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to supply.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the countries enabled in the ecommerce.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, stock availability, and the transport company.
Possible delays beyond the brand's control (strikes, customs delays or force majeure) do not generate a right to compensation.
Returns policy and right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify the reason.
To process it, you must write to info@bestlifebags.eu indicating your order number.
Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to BESTLIFE EUROPE SLU.
Product Warranty
European legal guarantee (mandatory)
All Bestlife products come with a three (3) year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, in accordance with European legislation. For the first two years, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use.
Bestlife Commercial Warranty “Lifetime Warranty”
In addition to the legal guarantee, Bestlife voluntarily offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on certain products, expressly indicated on their packaging or label. This guarantee covers exclusively manufacturing or material defects resulting from workmanship, not from use, accident, or natural wear and tear.
They are not covered:
Damages caused by accident, negligence, or inadequate care.
Wear and tear or natural discoloration.
Loss, theft, or external alterations.
Clasps, accessories and external components.
Claims process:
Contact info@bestlifebags.eu indicating your order number and a description of the defect.
Please attach clear photographs of the product and the problem detected.
The customer service team will evaluate the case and, if appropriate, authorize the return.
If the warranty claim is approved, the product will be replaced with a new one.
If the model is not available, another of equivalent value and features will be offered.
Under no circumstances is a financial refund for the item contemplated.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exclusions:
This does not apply to second-hand, refurbished items or items without the mention of "Lifetime Warranty" on their label or packaging.
