At Bestlife we work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and in perfect condition.

Exchange and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
In order to accept a return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
It is necessary to attach the purchase receipt or order number.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error, where Bestlife will assume the cost.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used, within a maximum period of [7 business days].
