What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers only manufacturing defects in our products. This means that any problems arising from faulty workmanship or materials are covered by this warranty.

Warranty exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accident.

  • Inadequate care.

  • Negligence.

  • Normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of colors and materials from prolonged use.

  • Loss, theft, or any alteration related to an external event.

  • The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to clasps and accessories.

Claims process

If you experience any problems with your product, follow these simple steps to make a claim:


1. Initial Contact:

Please contact our Customer Support team via email:

info@bestlifebags.eu

2. Documentation:
Please provide a detailed description of the problem, along with photographs showing the defect.

3. Evaluation:
Our team will evaluate your claim and, if approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Solution:
Once the claim is approved, we will replace it with a new one. If we are unable to replace the item with the same model, we reserve the right to offer you a similar product and/or one with equivalent technical specifications.

If a model exchange is necessary, the replacement will be for a product of equivalent value to the purchase price. Under no circumstances will the lifetime warranty entitle the customer to a refund for a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Products not included in the lifetime warranty

Second-hand items, refurbished products, and all items without the mention of "Lifetime Warranty" on the packaging or label.
